Youtube is GREAT! I discovered this experimental film maker while reading the New York Times online a few years ago. The above picture captures his painting style, but this documentary captures the essence of his work.

Recently, my rotator cuff became sore from swimming. I did see some youtube self help video research, but for some things, I think you need the real thing, like a real doctor!

    That was cool. I love your choices! I guess I never had a swim coach, because my breaststroke form must stink. I love watching the comments, but it can get you down some times. I read the comments below the YouTube created by the gunman from Norway and it made be depressed. I felt like humanity took a leap backwards when I read what people wrote about other people's religious beliefs.
